Dale Pearson, founder of Owners Land Title Company, started this innovative and progressive title company in 2005 due to his frustration with the corporately-owned title companies in the KC area who have been over-charging non-real estate agent customers for years. - ESCROW CLOSER - (independent, mobile, full & part-time)

Part-time experienced Escrow Closer needed to fill immediate position. Applicant must be able to prepare the HUD, perform the closing and disburse the file. Experience in FSBO closings preferred, but not required. Must excel in customer service, meet deadlines and have the ability to prioritize. Our customers deserve the highest of service.

Absolutely fantastic growth opportunity for the right person! Our hours are Monday through Friday 9-6 and Saturday's 10-2. We are open on most bank holidays and you must be able to work some Saturdays. Position is in Overland Park, KS.
